Builder Incentives

Incentives are currently being offered by the following builders:




First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit

Buy a new home at Brightleaf at the Park and you may be eligible for a TRUE TAX CREDIT (not a loan or tax deduction) of up to $8,000.

  • The tax credit is now available for qualified buyers who have not owned a principal residence in the last three years.
  • The tax credit does not have to be repaid as long as the home remains your principal residence for three years.
  • The maximum credit is $8,000 for first-time homebuyers, or $4,000 for married individuals filing separately.
  • Existing homeowners can qualify for up to $6,500 tax credit.
  • The credit is available for homes with a written binding contract to purchase by April 30, 2010; the home must close by July 1, 2010.
  • The tax credit can be claimed on a 2009 or 2010 tax return.
